Hotel a North Yelm

“The property and room were clean and nice and the staff was kind but the bed was the hardest I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Huge dip in the middle of the mattress. Pillows are literally about 3 inches of what was probably foam at one time. The mattress and pillows probably should have been replaced years ago. honestly, I probably would’ve slept better in my car in the Walmart parking lot.”

“Charming and cozy”

“The staff are friendly, checking in was easy and fast and best was I could check in a little early which was convenient. The bath tub water drained very slow.”

“There was 3-4 police cars and firefighters that had to physically remove some meth head that was screaming and cussing! We were asked to wait in the lobby while the police tried to de escalate and remove her. It was a whole thing but the staff were extremely nice and friendly! The hotel could use some updating and serious TLC.”

“Quick one night stay. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. Helpful and polite staff. Good breakfast.”

“The bathroom bath tub would not drain properly. When taking showers the water would come your ankles even after assuring that the stopper was properly set.”

“Difficult to find as it is tucked in with another hotel. Easy access once you figure that out. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Nice to have a little snack shop. Breakfast was ok- no non milk option that I saw though. Staff very nice and helpful.”

“I love the kitchen in the rooms and the re model. Was a little inconvenient with rooms moving and parking. I don't like that the price has raised so high it's become unaffordable at times I just sleep in my car instead. Inflation is out of control and as often as we rent rooms I feel like we are being overcharged we the customer (regulars) pay into the upgrades Everytime we stay here. Also breakfast in the bare minimal and always running out of instant food it's not even hot and for the price...

“The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.”
